Up in Smoke

Learn to become a comfortable ex-smoker.

  • Behavior modification, including cognitive restructuring techniques teach individuals skills to cope with the quitting process
  • Participants learn through problem solving skills to deal with stress, eating habits and situations that create urges for a cigarette
  • Sessions meet one hour, once a week for six weeks
