Have you had a sports related injury in the past 2 - 4 weeks? Lake Health's Fast Track Orthopedic and Sports Injury Clinic is held on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 7:30 - 10 am at the Tyler Blvd. Urgent Care Center and on Fridays from 8 - 10:30 am and the Madison Campus Physician Pavilion.
An athletic trainer will perform an evaluation and administer treatment in accordance with state laws and physician guidance.
The athletic trainer discusses each patient with a physician. Through this consultation, treatment decisions are made and followed. These treatment decisions can include, but are not exclusive to, further evaluation by the physician, x-rays, rehabilitation, application of bracing, and scheduling of further testing.
