Physician recruitment assistance is offered to physicians on staff at Lake Health. We provide education about the recruitment process, identify candidates, advertise opportunities, and provide tours of our facilities and the community, and make candidate travel arrangements. We offer monthly education programs for physician medical office staff. Workshops are conveniently held both at Lake Health conference rooms and off site meeting facilities. Topics include Coding, Medicare, Infection Control and Compliance. In addition, new workshop topics are being developed, including Customer Service Training.

Our Physician Outreach Representatives are proud to serve as liaisons for business development and process improvement. The Outreach Representatives visit physicians to share knowledge about Lake Health service lines and new technologies, review physician pertinent data and recognize physician contributions that benefit our mutual goal of providing quality care to our patients. Eastside Physician Office Managers Council: We have recently formed a networking group of office managers who meet quarterly.
