Appointments
We recognize that demands on your time might force you to cancel or reschedule an appointment from time to time. We don’t impose a penalty for canceling or rescheduling, but we do ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible so that other patients can benefit from the unexpected opening in the schedule.
We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time to complete our registration process. We appreciate established patients coming 5 minutes early to help us stay on schedule.

Phone Calls and Emergencies
We encourage you to call our office during regular office hours with any health questions or concerns. If we’re busy assisting patients when you call, we’ll return your call as soon as possible.
If you develop an urgent medical situation after hours, call your Lake Health Physician Group physician’s office, and the answering service will page the on-call physician. If your situation is life-threatening, call 911.
Fees
We base our professional service fees on the level of service that is provided during your visit; fees are not at the discretion of your physician. The complexity of the situation and the time required for treatment are factored into each level charged.
Most of our fees are covered on the various insurance plans. We will make arrangements for uninsured patients; let us know about fee and payment concerns.
Lake Health Physician Group accepts most major insurers.
