Our Services

Lake Health Occupational Services offer a full-range of examinations, screenings, rehabilitation, and a wellness programs at 11 convenient locations for employers of Lake, Geauga, and surrounding counties. Lake Health has three urgent care centers that are located in Chardon, Mentor, and Willowick; two emergency rooms located at TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township and West Medical Center in Willoughby; and walk-in centers located in Painesville, Perry, Madison, and Middlefield.

Many of the services are provided at the urgent care centers, walk-in care centers, or as part of an on-site program. Lake Health's Emergency Rooms at TriPoint and West medical centers provide 24-hour, 7-day a week injury care to supplement the urgent and walk-in care centers.
