Our Services
Lake Health's Occupational Health Department is truly a one-stop shop for area employers of Lake, Geauga and surrounding counties. Lake Health has four urgent care centers are located in Chardon, Madison, Mentor, and Willowick and two emergency rooms located at TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township and West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Lake Health's Occupational Health Department offers a full-range of examinations, screenings, rehabilitation and a wellness program to meet your health care needs.
We also offer an extensive range of services, as shown in the categories below (some services may appear in more than one category). Many of the services are provided at the urgent care centers or as part of an on-site program. Lake Health's Emergency Departments at TriPoint and West Medical Center Medical Centers provide 24 hour -7 day a week injury care for after-hours care for the urgent care centers.
