WebCheck is an Internet-based program for conducting fingerprint-based civilian background checks. This program reduces the return time of civilian background checks to as little as several hours when no criminal history record exists.
Lake Health offers:
- BCI of Ohio (Bureau of Criminal Investigation)
- FBI only
- BCI of Ohio & FBI
Individuals must bring a photo ID or drivers license to the urgent care centers.
WebCheck is offered 7 days a week during the urgent care center hours. Individuals must provide the name of the reporting agency and the proper company contact information for reporting at the time of service.
Hours for services:
- Monday - Friday 8 am - 10 pm
- Saturday & Sunday 9 am - 5 pm
