A bright and inviting facility, conveniently located in the heart of Mentor, offering a variety of services in four pavilions:

• Outpatient Services Pavilion offers laboratory testing; x-ray; MRI; CT scan; PET/CT scan; accredited digital mammography; DEXA, the most accurate screening for osteoporosis; and minimally invasive breast core biopsy.
• The Mentor Campus has recently been accredidated by the ACR as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. The ACR Breast Imaging Center of Excellence designation signifies that our center provides essential services to our community at the highest standards of the radiology profession.
• Mentor Surgery Center Pavilion provides a full range of same-day surgery services.
• Lake Health/University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center offers premier cancer care close to home.
• Physician Office Pavilion provides access to a variety of primary care physicians-- including internists, obstetricians/gynecologists, and pediatricians--along with a broad range of specialists.
