CONCORD TWP., OH - March 29, 2010 — The Wellness Institute at Lake Health has expanded its outpatient services to provide acupuncture, medical massage and reiki.  The Wellness Institute focuses on preventive care and on the treatment of established disease through lifestyle modification as supported by our philosophy of providing a lifetime of health and wellness.

Acupuncture is an ancient system of healing that allows the body to balance and heal itself. Through the insertion of very fine needles or by applying heat, acupuncture is used to treat a variety of health conditions including joint pain, neurological problems, infertility, sleeping disorders, stress, stroke, allergies and more.  Cosmetic acupuncture and facial rejuvenation are also offered.
