Craig Ghidotti, has been named vice president for the Human Resources Department and Charles Josey has been named vice president of Corporate Finance.

In his role as vice president of Human Resources, Mr. Ghidotti will have overall responsibility for employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, HRIS, training and workers’ compensation.

Mr. Ghidotti comes to Lake Health from Southwestern Vermont Health Care, a fully integrated health care system, where he was the senior human resources leader and corporate officer.  He received his bachelor of arts degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and his master’s degree in Business from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.  Mr. Ghidotti is a current member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as past president of the Vermont Healthcare Human Resource Association (VHHRA.)

In his role of vice president of Corporate Finance, Mr. Josey will be responsible for financial reporting, general accounting, budgeting, internal audit, payroll, accounts payable, tax and treasury.

Mr. Josey comes to Lake Health from Summa Barberton Hospital, where he was the assistant chief financial officer.  He received his bachelor of science degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University and his master’s degree in Finance from the University of Akron.  Mr. Josey is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as past president of Northeast Ohio Healthcare Financial Management Association.
