Most imaging examinations require an appointment with the exception of some general X-rays. You can schedule your appointment by calling Lake Health’s Centralized Scheduling Department at 1-866-652-5253. Certain tests require advance preparation. This will be explained to you when you register.
In most cases, certain tests can be performed the same day. Your physician’s office needs to schedule these exams directly with Lake Health’s Radiology Department. Emergency exams are always done the same day.
All imaging exams require a completed physician order requisition that includes your name, diagnosis for test being requested, and the physician’s signature. We will assist your physician with the insurance pre-certification process.
