Lake Health Half Marathon 2013
The scenic Lake Health Half Marathon winds through the Lake Metroparks Farmpark, Chapin Forest, and Penitentiary Glen Reservation, while the surrounding roads will test the best in you. Both the 13.1 mile and 5K races will be electronically timed, and will start and finish at Lake Metroparks Farmpark in Kirtland, Ohio.

Direct Access
Lake Health now offers Direct Access to Physical Therapy. Direct Access allows a patient to schedule an appointment for physical therapy without a physician referral (medicare patients still require a physician referral). Once seen, the physical therapist will refer you to the appropriate physician, if needed.

Held on Saturday, October 20th, the 23rd Annual Glitz welcomed nearly 600 guests at LaMalfa in Mentor, OH. Activities included Cashpalooza, a Gem Grab, the raffle of a 2013 BMW 328i two-year lease, Barrels of Fun, and a Silent and Live Auction. The Glitz 2012 was financially the most successful Glitz in history with revenue exceeding $306,000! Guests were mesmerized by the metro feel of the night as well as the 35-piece Brass Band of the Western Reserve. The Live Auction featured many items including a cruise for two, stocked wine cellar, backyard catered party for eight at the DeJoy's (owners of John Palmer's Bistro 44), and much more! Revenue from the Fund-A-Need portion of the evening will benefit Cardiac Services at Lake Health. Congratulations to the many winners throughout the evening including Phil and Kathy Guban, the winners of the BMW Raffle! Thank you to all who attended and for our many sponsors whose support reached new heights with over $200,000 in revenue! Thanks to the many volunteers who helped make the Glitz a success!
