The Chardon Campus is home to Lake Health Physician Group Family Practice-Chardon, a physician group comprised of Dr. Cynthia Caja, Dr. James Schulte and Dr. Robert Znidarsic, and Lake Health Physician Group Pediatrics.

The facility also offers urgent care for non-life-threatening emergencies, physician specialists, occupational health services, X-rays, mammograms, DEXA (the gold standard for diagnosing osteoporosis ), lab tests, and drug and alcohol testing for employers.
