In order to assure that payments to your LHUHSCC account are processed accurately please write LHUHSCC in the memo section of the check. For your convenience, you may make your payments on account here at the facility. Co-pay is required at time of service, and we accept cash, check and credit.
Please be sure to have your insurance cards available at each visit as they will need to be verified at every appointment. Please inform the receptionist of any changes to your insurance or personal information upon your arrival.
